Mr. Quinn serves as "outside general counsel" and advisor to public and private companies with respect to general corporate and commercial matters.  These include contracts (including sales and distribution contracts), stock and asset purchases and sales, secured and unsecured loans, factoring transactions, employment agreements, real estate issues, environmental matters, and other day-to-day issues companies must address in the course of doing business.


Mr. Quinn's distressed debt practice focuses on purchases and sales of domestic and foreign distressed bank loans and trade claims.  Mr. Quinn's securities practice includes advising with respect to private offerings and resales of securities (including government-guaranteed issuances), various SEC, FINRA and other regulatory matters and miscellaneous broker-dealer issues.  His transactional practice includes commercial lending and purchases and sales of large and small businesses.
